TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR KTAV PUBLISHING HOUSE, INC.

1. All sales F.O.B. our warehouse. This means you pay all delivery charges.
2. No goods sold on a consignment basis.
3. Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 15% handling charge of the value of the merchandise returned. Subject to preapproval.
4. No merchandise is to be returned without prior written permission. Any goods returned without prior written permission and special return label will be refused.
5. Defective goods or shortages must be reported within five days of receipt of merchandise. Please refer to our invoice number or picking ticket number. Write or email your complaint. Do not phone! Any complaints received after five days of receipt of goods will be disallowed.
6. All costs for returns are payable by the CONSIGNEE not the seller, unless it is our error.
7. All bills are payable within 30 days, NET. No unauthorized deductions from our invoices.
8. Our invoice will show a recommended resale price and your discount and net price when applicable.
9. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
10. Prices and special offers subject to change without written notice. Invoice not paid within 60 days will be charged a service charge of 1- 1/2% per month. Orders under $50.00, if accepted, will be surcharged $5.00 in addition to a minimum UPS charge
11. Due to the large variety of merchandise we cannot guarantee that all goods will be in stock at all times.
12. New Jersey State business enterprises are required to send in their tax exemption numbers via fax or email on their letterhead.
13. New Jersey religious and charitable institutions are to send us their tax exemption numbers via fax or email.
14. Orders under $50 especially for non-book items exclusively can not be processed.
15. UPS SHIPPING CHARGES LISTED IS THE MIN AMOUNT, YOUR ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGE MAY BE HIGHER DUE TO THE NUMBER OF ITEMS AND/OR THEIR WEIGHT.
16. If you are an institution you will be charged the institutional price.
17. Outside the USA orders are shipped bookrate uninsured parcel post via the US Postal Service. Documentation of shipment is available. If you wish other means of shipment UPS, Fedex, Freight, please specify in a call, fax, or email request WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If an outside the USA order is not shipped by Parcel Post, the customer is responsible for all custom fees, brokerage and shipping costs.
