USA orders are shipped via UPS ground for minimum cost
of $7.50. Your actual shipping may be higher based on what
UPS charges to ship your order.
Outside the USA orders are shipped
book rate uninsured parcel post via the US Postal Service.
The customer is responsible for all custom fees, brokerage
and shipping costs.
